We’re looking for a motivated, organized professional to generate qualified sales meetings and support our Outside Sales team across the U.S. and Canada.
If you enjoy outbound outreach, research, and turning conversations into scheduled meetings — this role is for you.
What You’ll Do- Make high-volume outbound calls, emails, and social outreach
- Schedule 10+ in-person or virtual meetings per week
- Research prospects using CRM and Linked In
- Execute structured follow-up campaigns
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to improve messaging
- Help refine outreach strategies and performance
- High school diploma required (Associate’s/Bachelor’s preferred)
- Experience handling large outbound call/email lists
- Strong technical aptitude (IP, fiber, routers, Wi‑Fi, cloud concepts)
- CRM experience (any platform; Sugar
CRM a plus) - Skilled in Linked In and online prospecting
- Proficient in Outlook and Excel
- Strong follow-up discipline and organization
- Confident communicator who builds rapport easily
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Background in networking, structured cabling, or low-voltage
- Advanced Excel or mail merge skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Comfortable on camera for promotional content
- Direct impact on revenue growth
