This is a full-time, road Mechanic role located in Denville, NJ. The Mechanic will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on and lift trucks. Daily tasks will include diagnosing mechanical issues, conducting troubleshooting procedures, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring equipment operates at optimal efficiency. The Mechanic will also ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain thorough records of all maintenance activities.

• Proficiency in Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance tasks
• Experience in Maintenance & Repair of machinery and equipment
• Working knowledge of Heavy Equipment operations and repair
• Strong Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing mechanical and technical issues
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines rigorously
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Certification or formal training in mechanics is a plus
