Overview

Imperial Cleaning is hiring for a Full-Time Handyman/Porter in Denville, NJ 07834. This onsite role combines technical maintenance with problem-solving in a professional, customer-focused environment. Pay ranges from $16–$18 per hour.

• Perform general maintenance tasks, including repairs and installations to ensure the facility operates smoothly.
• Prioritize, plan, and execute projects with minimal supervision.
• Use hand and power tools; basic experience in plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general contracting is a plus.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members and departments to address maintenance requests efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas to enhance productivity and safety.

• Strong mechanical aptitude for completing repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently.
• Attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills; ability to work with team members and supervisors; bilingual or English-speaking is a plus.
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
