Electrical Mechnaical Maintenance Mechanic 2nd Shift

eeking a hands-on Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to support production equipment on second shift. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced industrial maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting machinery, solving equipment problems, and keeping production running efficiently.

You’ll work with a variety of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems while performing preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, installations, and continuous improvement projects.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on industrial production equipment.
• Perform scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Diagnose equipment failures involving motors, sensors, controls, presses, CNC-type equipment, and automated machinery
  .
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics to identify and resolve equipment issues.
• Assist with the installation, setup, commissioning, and modification of production machinery
  .
• Partner with production and engineering personnel to identify recurring problems and implement long-term solutions.
• Document repairs, inspections, parts usage, and PM activities within a CMMS
  ; system-specific training will be provided.
• Support continuous improvement projects focused on equipment uptime, reliability, efficiency, and safety
  .
• Follow established safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO); additional training can be provided.

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  technical school, apprenticeship, or industrial maintenance training is highly desirable.
• 3–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong hands‑on troubleshooting ability with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
  .
• Experience working with industrial machinery such as CNC equipment, presses, motors, sensors, conveyors, or automated systems
  .
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings/schematics
  .
• PLC and industrial automation troubleshooting experience is a strong plus
  .
• Familiarity with CMMS or computerized maintenance systems is helpful.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with production and engineering teams.
