DAWN Center for Independent Living (DAWNcil) seeks an IL Community Navigator to provide information, referrals, advocacy, and independent living skills training to people with disabilities in Morris, Sussex and Warren Counties. You will operate from DAWN’s offices and the mobile office, requiring driving to community sites within the service area.
You’ll create and monitor Independent Living Plans, link consumers to services, and document contacts.
