RESPONSABILITIES
+ Completion of incoming inspection activities - part receipt, visual & mechanical inspection, documentation of non-conforming material, ERP updates, Non-Conforming Material database (Compliant Pro), disposition of non-conforming material
+ Completes First Article Inspection activities.
+ Completes Final Product Verification and Audit Release functions.
+ Participate in compliance third party audits, customer audits, process audits, internal audits.
REQUIREMENTS
+ AAS degree in a technical discipline with at least 5 years of experience in the manufacturing environment, preferably in Quality Inspection.
+ Self-starter, able to work under minimal supervision.
+ Familiar with validation and calibration requirements within the medical device manufacturing environment.
+ Computer competency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, ERP systems EQMS (Compliant Pro), and Calibration databases.
+ Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
+ Ability and demonstrated knowledge in the use of various measurement gages (i.e: CMM, Optical comparator, caliper, micrometer, height gage, Multimeter, Oscilloscope etc.)
+ Demonstrated writing and communication skills.

** Pay Details:** $25.00 to $26.00 per hour
