Position: SEKRETARIS GENERAL MANAGER (MALL)

Responsibilities

  • Manage the schedule and calendar of the General Manager, arrange meetings, and ensure all commitments are met on time.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and other important documents with professionalism.
  • Prepare reports, memos, and presentations to support operations and management decision making.
  • Manage office administration including filing, document management, and database systems.
  • Act as a communication liaison between the General Manager and other departments and external stakeholders.
  • Organize meetings, conferences, and business events involving top management.
  • Assist in managing mall operational data and provide basic analytical support.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive company information.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or equivalent, preferably in Management, Office Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience as a secretary or management assistant, preferably in real estate, property management, or mall management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management software.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy in handling data and documents.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism when interacting with various levels of management and stakeholders.
  • High initiative, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Understanding of formal business protocols and professional ethics.
  • Experience in database handling or CRM systems considered an added advantage.
