of the position
Support and drive financial performance across our coffee business divisions. This role will play a critical part in providing insights, ensuring financial discipline, and partnering with business leaders to enable strategic decision-making.
ResponsibilitiesFP&A
- Ensure smooth Record-to-Report (R2R) processes
- Lead monthly closing, reporting, and financial statement analysis
- Provide actionable insights to support business decisions
- Drive budgeting processes and variance analysis
- Maintain control over stock and disposal processes
- Monitor and manage CAPEX investments
- Oversee cost control across overheads
- Improve collection and management of receivables
- Manage currency risk and FX transactions
- Plan and monitor fund flows
- Optimize use of banking products to enhance working capital
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting from a reputable university
- Minimum 3 years in a senior finance role
- Experience in Big 4 firms is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written & spoken)
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to simplify complex matters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and networking skills
