Remittance

Bank Sahabat Sampoerna is looking for a Remittance Officer who will be responsible for the following:

• Execute, verify, and settle inward and outward remittance transactions (Local transfers via RTGS/BI-FAST/SKN, and International transfers via SWIFT).
• Perform initial screening and due diligence on transactions against sanction lists, ensuring full compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CFT) regulations.
• Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies, rejected transfers, or tracers from correspondent banks promptly.
• Perform daily balancing and reconciliation of suspense accounts and Nostro/Vostro accounts related to remittance activities.
• Coordinate closely with the Treasury, Compliance, and Customer Relationship teams to ensure smooth end-to-end payment workflows.
• Prepare daily, monthly, and regulatory reports regarding transaction volumes and specific financial data for internal management and the Central Bank (Bank Indonesia).

For this position, we will need someone who:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Remittance (Settlement, Reconciliation, and Customer foreign exchange transactions)
• Has SPPUR Certification
• Understanding of SWIFT ISO 20022
• Understanding the daily report (LLD and ANTASENA Bank Indonesia)
• Strong interest and understanding of Treasury customer transactions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-accuracy environment
