Finance Manager

Placement in our sister's company, PT Nusantara Trade Mandiri/PT NUS, Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia.

• Oversee the local Company’s day-to-day accounting and finance activities, focusing on accurate and timely costing.
• Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivables to ensure timely collections and payments.
• Lead the monthly closing of accounts, ensuring the timely preparation and submission of comprehensive cost reports and analysis.
• Spearhead and coordinate the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts related to the commercial entity.
• Develop, implement, and maintain systems, procedures, policies, and internal controls related to the commercial entity.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, legal counsel, bankers, corporate secretaries, and relevant government authorities locally to ensure compliance and address costing- related financial reporting matters.
• Able to manage basic HR responsibilities including employees record keeping and performance evaluation
• Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent from a reputable university
• Preferably with CA qualification
• More than 8 years of relevant and practical experience in a manufacturing trading or corporate environment
• Some experience or exposure on employment regulations under Indonesian labour law

• Able to work independently as well as collaborate with others
