Senior Tax Manager

SENIOR TAX MANAGER

We are representing a well‑established and rapidly growing organization within a diversified business group. Currently, we are seeking a highly capable and experienced Senior Tax Manager to lead and oversee the company’s tax function.

• Lead and manage all corporate tax activities, including compliance, reporting, and planning
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax filings (CIT, VAT, WHT, etc.) in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations
• Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize tax efficiency and minimize risk
• Handle tax audits, objections, and disputes with the Directorate General of Taxes
• Provide advisory support to internal stakeholders on tax implications of business decisions
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure organizational compliance
• Manage and develop the tax team, ensuring strong capability and performance

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in taxation, preferably from multinational companies or reputable tax consulting firms
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations
• Proven experience in handling tax audits, objections, and disputes
• Certified Tax Consultant (Brevet A, B, and
  
  C) is mandatory
• Must hold a valid Tax Consultant Practice License (Izin Praktik Konsultan Pajak) – Level C
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and leadership capability
• Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
