Mengawasi dan memastikan pelaksanaan tugas picker sesuai dengan standar operasional.
Mengatur, menghitung, dan memantau kapasitas kerja serta produktivitas tim picker.
Memastikan proses picking berjalan akurat dan tidak terjadi kesalahan (no miss picking).
Melakukan evaluasi kinerja picker dan memberikan arahan untuk peningkatan efisiensi.
Berkoordinasi dengan tim gudang dan dispatch untuk memastikan kelancaran alur pengiriman barang.
Teliti dan mampu bekerja dengan cepat.
