Overview
Raset sedang mencari Sales Executive untuk membantu mengembangkan pengguna Raset Smart Seller, platform SaaS untuk mengelola chat pelanggan, CRM, penjualan, POS, katalog online, inventory, dan laporan bisnis.
Responsibilities- Mencari leads baru secara aktif melalui outreach, komunitas, referral, event, dan channel lain.
- Melakukan kualifikasi leads dan memahami kebutuhan calon customer.
- Melakukan demo produk Raset.
- Melakukan follow-up hingga closing.
- Mencatat seluruh aktivitas sales di CRM/pipeline.
- Memberikan feedback pasar kepada tim produk dan marketing.
- Pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun di B2B sales, SaaS sales, software sales, POS, CRM, ERP, omnichannel, chatbot, accounting software, atau produk digital sejenis.
- Terbiasa mencari leads sendiri, bukan hanya menunggu leads dari iklan.
- Mampu melakukan demo produk dan presentasi solusi.
- Memiliki kemampuan follow-up, negosiasi, dan closing yang baik.
- Lebih disukai pernah menjual produk ke UMKM, retail, distributor, online seller, klinik, atau bisnis jasa.
- Komisi penjualan.
- Peluang berkembang menjadi Senior Sales / Sales Manager.
