Summary of the Role
- This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers.
- This role requires a strategic approach to sales and strong negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and a deep understanding of the industry.
1. Sales and Revenue Generation
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct product presentations to potential customers and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value customers, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, market conditions, and market intelligence to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market demands, and potential product improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions using dashboard reports.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the assigned territory or accounts for leadership review.
- Share best practice and contribute to a high-performance sales culture.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Self-starter with a strong results orientation and a proven ability to drive business toward long-term goals.
- Experience in the cardiovascular therapy field or related industry.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements in the medical device industry.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in biology, biomedical engineering, or pharmacy.
- A minimum of 2–5 years of experience in medical sales is mandatory.
- Experience managing a cardiovascular portfolio is mandatory.
- Willingness to be based in Jakarta.
