Provide best-in-class guest service and supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the absence of the Store Manager;
Assist the Store Manager with setting guest service expectations and training store associates in all aspects of their responsibilities;
Schedule store associates and ensure breaks/meals are accounted for according to guidelines;
Count, balance, and reconcile daily POS transactions and manage bank deposits;
Ensure store is clean, organized, merchandised, and that inventory controls and loss prevention practices are followed
