Execute established merchandising procedures for the assigned zone, including signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery;
Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet expectations;
Oversee merchandise planning, receiving, and stock levels on the sales floor;
Manage scheduling and staffing for unloading/processing of merchandise to the sales floor and drive associate productivity and customer service standards;
Supervise associates within the assigned zone and implement company directives
