Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a retail and/or mall entertainment location;
Screen guests, employees, and/or deliveries at designated entry points, following site procedures for access control and prohibited items;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with on-site management and/or emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the venue, common areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and support orderly operations;
Complete routine reports and incident documentation, communicate observations to the appropriate contacts, and assist with guest flow and queue management during peak periods
