Vehicle Technician

• £37,000 basic salary with an OTE of up to £42,500, rewarding efficiency and team performance

• Perform servicing, repairs, and maintenance on customer vehicles to manufacturer standards
• Conduct diagnostic testing and warranty repairs efficiently
• Carry out vehicle maintenance tasks such as cambelts, routine servicing, and mechanical repairs
• Complete electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs)
• Accurately document work using digital job cards
• Ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to uphold workshop productivity and customer satisfaction

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent)
• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Service Technician in a busy workshop environment
• Strong servicing and repair capabilities, with good diagnostics and fault‑finding skills
• MOT licence is desirable but not essential
• Full UK driving licence is a must
• Motivated to learn and progress through ongoing manufacturer training
