• Assist customers with policy inquiries and provide exceptional service by phone, text and in person.
• Process policy changes, renewals, and claims efficiently.
• Educate clients on coverage options and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Respond to customer emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on insurance products and industry trends.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings.

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in insurance.
• Language: bilingual in Spanish is a bonus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management software.
• Insurance license or willingness to obtain one.
• Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
