This role is for the experienced stylist (actively working behind the chair doing hair).

• Deliver exceptional hair color, blonding, cutting, styling, and treatment services
• Lead confident consultations and create long‑term guest hair plans
• Recommend services, treatments, and retail solutions based on guest goals
• Maintain elevated timing, cleanliness, and salon standards
• Collaborate with junior stylists and assistants for service flow and support
• Participate in advanced education and career development programs
