Urgent Care Advanced Practice Provider (Per Diem)

Yale New Haven Health Urgent Care is seeking skilled Advanced Practice Providers to join our Per Diem Weekend Team across Connecticut and New York locations. We welcome experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants seeking a flexible weekend opportunity to supplement their practice while delivering patient-centered care.

• Evaluate and treat patients of all ages
• Develop treatment plans and provide evidence-based care
• Perform laceration repair, incision and drainage, foreign body removal, splinting, wound care, and other procedures
• Collaborate with specialists and healthcare partners

Experienced NPs and PAs seeking a weekend position who possess strong procedural skills and thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

• Current State Medical License
• Controlled Substance Registration
• Federal DEA Registration
• NP or PA Certification
• Current ACLS and PALS certification
• Minimum one year of Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience preferred
• Experience with common urgent care procedures strongly preferred

Work 9:00 AM–5:00 PM weekend shifts with a minimum commitment of two shifts per month. Additional shifts are available, including evenings.

$70 - $90 hourly wage
