Griffin Health seeks a compassionate Leave and Benefits Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role administers LOA and WC processes, ensures compliance with FMLA, CT Paid Leave, ADA, and other laws, and provides empathetic support to employees navigating leaves.
You will manage records, support onboarding and offboarding, assist with HRIS inquiries, and participate in HR projects. A bachelor’s degree and at least two years of HR experience are preferred, with UKG experience a plus.
