Position: Registered Nurse - Full Time - Allergy

MAIN FUNCTION:
Current CT RN License required. Starting rate commensurate with position related experience.

REQUIREMENTS: CT RN licensure required; BLS required

Key Responsibilities

* Perform skin prick, intradermal, and patch testing

* Administer allergy injections and monitor patients for reactions

* Prepare and maintain allergen extract vials (if applicable)

* Educate patients on asthma action plans, epinephrine use, and avoidance strategies

* Assist with spirometry and nebulizer treatments

* Document care in the EHR

* Participate in emergency response

Qualifications

* RN license

* Experience in outpatient or specialty care preferred

* Strong skills in patient education and emergency response
