Position Overview

Our Part‑Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists/Sales Support) create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves our customers inspired and feeling their best. They deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes; they also participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation, focusing on the customers’ needs to achieve sales goals.

• Guide the customer through our award‑winning brand experience to make authentic connections.
• Be customer‑obsessed, leading with loyalty, confidence, and product knowledge to advise style and fit; influence with moments that matter.
• Cash wrap/cashier: use modern store technology (POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets) to be well‑informed on company priorities and promotions in‑store and online; deliver a seamless omni‑channel shopping experience; promote loyalty programs and credit services.
• Maintain visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Product flow/Shipping and Receiving: support the shipment process, gain awareness of product, new items, and existing floor stock; contribute to omni order fulfilment processes including in‑store and curbside pick‑up.
