Claxton Dietetic Solutions, LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide clinical nutrition services in long-term care/rehabilitation settings. This part-time role is approximately 27 hours per week with a possible hybrid arrangement based on facility needs.
Responsibilities include nutrition assessments, MDS reviews, weight monitoring, and participation in nutrition at-risk meetings. Qualifications require an active CDR-credentialed RD with licensure, strong organization and time-management
