PT by Phoenix is a locally owned outpatient physical therapy organization committed to delivering high-quality, one-on-one patient care. Founded by clinicians, we focus on clinical excellence, supportive teamwork, and meaningful patient relationships while operating efficient, well-supported clinics throughout the Wichita area.

This role is ideal for anyone interested in physical therapy or exploring a future career in healthcare. As a rehab tech, you’ll support the clinical team and help create a friendly, organized, and welcoming environment for our patients. We are looking for help M/T/TH 8AM-5:30PM, Wednesday 8AM-12PM, Friday 8AM-2PM.

• Assist therapists by gathering equipment and preparing treatment areas
• Interact with patients in a kind and helpful way throughout their visit
• Support the front desk with paperwork, scheduling tasks, and basic computer work
• Help maintain a clean and safe clinic, including cleaning equipment and keeping spaces organized
• Assist with phone calls as needed
• Complete other tasks that support day-to-day clinic operations

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds when helping patients or moving equipment
