• Delivering direct nursing care to patients in a telemetry unit, adhering to established protocols and safety standards
• Continuously monitoring cardiac rhythms, identifying and responding to changes in patient condition
• Administering medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
• Collaborating closely with physicians, ancillary staff, and patient families to coordinate care and communicate updates
• Maintaining thorough and accurate charting using electronic medical records
• Educating patients and families on cardiac health, post‑discharge care, and medications
• Ensuring all telemetry equipment is functioning properly and troubleshooting issues promptly

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Proven nursing experience in a telemetry, step‑down, progressive care, or similar acute care setting
• Demonstrated proficiency in interpretation of EKG/telemetry rhythms
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
• Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently in fast‑paced or high‑acuity environments
