What You Will Do- Coach and train Inventory Associates – accuracy matters
- Follow a clear, consistent workflow – your playbook for success
- Lead & Engage – serve as the primary point of contact for resolving event-related concerns, supporting and executing directives from the Area or District Manager, while driving operational excellence by maximizing team productivity and fostering engagement to grow and develop the team
- Culture – uphold core values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation and Teamwork in a positive, safe and inclusive environment

- Must be 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills with a solutions-focused approach
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
- Comfort learning and training handheld scanners or count tools
- Attention to detail and reliability in attendance
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Eligible candidates:
No degree required; relevant experience preferred - Access to reliable transportation
- Willing to submit to pre-employment checks if required
- A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting fleet requirements may be required
This position requires standing for prolonged periods with occasional walking; ability to use hands and wrists for repetitive motions; ability to squat, kneel, or crouch; ability to use a ladder; ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs; occasional travel by car and occasional travel by plane, including overnight stays.
