What Youll Do Lead and support a team of Residential Care Workers. Build positive, trusting relationships with young people and families. Promote safeguarding, equality, and childrens rights. Support with care plans, risk assessments, and daily running of the home. Maintain accurate records and lead by example. What You Need NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People (or equivalent). Experience in a childrens residential setting.

Strong leadership skills and a caring, professional approach. Flexibility across shifts (incl. evenings/weekends/on-call). Full driving licence. Must have UK right-to-work ( no sponsorship available ).
