Academics in Wantage is seeking an Autism Specialist Support Assistant to work with children aged 4 to 16 with autism and complex learning needs. The role is full-time, Mon-Fri 8:30am to 3:45pm, with an ASAP long-term start.
You will be mentored, shadow sessions with therapists and psychologists on-site and gain valuable experience supporting vulnerable learners in a therapeutic setting.
Previous experience with children with special needs is beneficial; enthusiasm and initiative are essential.
