DO & CO is seeking a Lounge Senior Supervisor for the Qatar Lounge at Heathrow Airport to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the highest standards of lounge service and food quality.
You will lead a team of Lounge Hosts, Front of House and Chefs, coordinate with Qatar Management and DO & CO colleagues, and deliver exceptional guest experiences, while managing schedules, stock, safety and compliance.
