To be a successfulF&B Team Leader you willneed;

• Proven experience as part of a Food & Beverage Team, a leadership role is advantageous
• Thirstto drive and improve standards across all areas of our food and beverage areas, with an eye for detail- delivering best in class experiences with personality and warmth
• Abilityto lead, inspire, train a team, helping maintain high standards whilst being fair and consistent

F&B Team Leader
responsibilities for thisrole will include but aren't limited to:

• Lead service from the front - taking guests orders, serving food and drinks,taking payments and giving great service to customers
• Meetall site standards of service & lead the team to do the same leadingto a great guest experience.
• Havea good understanding serving coffees, alcohol and wine to both a bar and restaurant environment.
• Opening and closing shifts, including cash ups and end of day sign offs
• Aidin developing & mentoring the Food & Beverage team to deliver great service.
• Awilling to continue your development with both in-house and external training sessions.
