Key responsibilities include:

Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming guest experience Providing expert knowledge of drinks, cocktails, wines, beers, spirits and menus Preparing bills and processing payments accurately using the POS system Handling guest queries and resolving any issues professionally Completing daily cash-ups and recording takings accurately Carrying out end-of-day lock-up procedures to secure the bar and premises Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the bar and guest areas Supporting the F&B Manager with the smooth operation of the bar Working closely with the restaurant and wider hospitality team, assisting with food service when required Following all food hygiene, licensing, and health and safety regulations at all times Your personality, experience and qualifications We're looking for a confident leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.

You'll ideally have:
