Food & Beverage Supervisor (Fixed Term

The Lygon Arms is a historic luxury hotel in the heart of Broadway, offering refined yet relaxed dining in a beautiful countryside setting. We’re looking for a hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead service on the floor and support the management team.

This is an operational, guest-facing role,ideal for an experienced supervisor or a strong team leader ready to step up.

• £34,319 salary + service charge (circa £4k)

• Supervising day-to-day restaurant, bar and longes operations and service standards
• Leading the team on shift and being a visible presence on the floor
• Supporting the manager on duty and stepping in when required
• Running smooth openings, services, and closes
• Delivering team briefs and supporting training on shift
• Handling guest feedback confidently and professionally

You’ll work closely with management but remain floor-focused
, leading by example.

• Experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior Waiter
• Background in a busy hotel or quality-led restaurant
• Confident communicator, calm under pressure
• Passionate about service, hospitality, and team culture
• Flexible to work shifts, including weekends
