As one of our General Managers, you'll get a competitive salary plus a bonus scheme that pays out regularly , alongside:
Overtime pay. If you work over your contracted hours, you'll get paid at your normal hourly rate, no pre-approval required. Up to 6k annual bonus potential in addition to the base salary advertised A commitment to prioritise your work life balance and respect of your time off. Tips shared equally across the team, based on hours worked. Two days off a week and one weekend off every six weeks.
