Interaction Recruitment are working in partnership with one of the UK's fastest-growing Class 4 & 7 vehicle specialists.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit experienced Vehicle Technicians and Mechanics to join a busy and well-equipped workshop in Derby.

The Role

As a Vehicle Technician, you'll be responsible for:

Servicing and maintaining a range of Class 4 & 7 vehicles
Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
Carrying out repairs to a high standard
Clutch replacements, gearbox repairs and engine work
Wheel alignment and suspension repairs
Using diagnostic equipment to identify faults efficiently
Ensuring all work is completed safely and accurately
Supporting colleagues within a busy workshop environment
Maintaining excellent standards of workmanship and customer service
What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Vehicle Mechanic or Service Technician
Strong mechanical repair and fault-finding skills
Confident using diagnostic equipment
Experience carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs independently
MOT Tester licence would be advantageous but is not essential
NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent qualification preferred
Full UK Driving Licence
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
