Randstad CPE is recruiting a Mobile Maintenance Technician for the North Tyneside region on a temporary ongoing contract. You will perform emergency repairs and planned maintenance in occupied and void properties, with duties spanning plumbing, painting, tiling, and carpentry.
A valid UK driving licence and own vehicle are essential. The role offers a pay rate of £17–£22 per hour (Umbrella or PAYE), with a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday.
