Position: Fabric/ Handyperson
Are you an experienced Handyperson or Fabric Engineer looking for an immediate-start opportunity? A leading Facilities Management organisation is seeking a multi-skilled individual to support general building maintenance within a secure, operational environment, with potential for the role to become permanent.

The Role As the Handyperson / Fabric Engineer, you’ll:
 
Carry out planned and reactive building fabric maintenance.
Complete general repairs and handyperson tasks across the site.
Undertake basic joinery and building maintenance where required.
Support a variety of maintenance tasks outside of your core trade.
Work alongside electrical, mechanical and other FM trades.
Maintain high standards of health, safety and compliance.  You To be successful, you’ll bring:
 
Previous handyperson, fabric maintenance or general building maintenance experience.
A broad, multi-skilled approach rather than specialising solely in one trade.
Joinery experience would be advantageous but isn't essential.
Experience working within commercial or FM environments.
Flexibility to support different maintenance requirements across the site.
A current DBS would be advantageous.  Due to the secure nature of the environment, candidates will need to complete the required background and security checks, including providing a five-year employment history.
