Installation Electrician

We are looking for experienced Electricians who take pride in their work, take ownership and support projects across the North East and Midlands to a consistently high professional standard every day. The role covers electrical installation, maintenance, repair, inspection, and testing across a range of non-domestic and operational environments.

You will work independently and as part of the wider delivery team, maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety and compliance.

As an Electrician, you will deliver electrical installation, maintenance, repair, inspection and testing works across projects throughout the North East and Midlands.

You will be expected to work confidently with limited supervision, take ownership of quality and safety, and deliver work properly without shortcuts.

• Carry out electrical installation works within new and occupied premises
• Complete electrical repairs and maintenance
• Carry out testing, inspection and fault finding
• Support electrical project works
• Complete electrical certification accurately
• Ensure work meets relevant standards and project requirements
• Maintain high standards of safety, workmanship and site conduct
• Take ownership of allocated works through to completion
• Communicate clearly with colleagues, clients and other trades
• Travel between sites and work flexibly where required

• NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds 2360/2330 Parts 1 & 2
• Current City & Guilds 18th Edition qualification
• Full UK manual driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months, subject to insurance requirements
• Maximum of six points on driving licence
• ECS/CSCS card
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety
• High standard of electrical workmanship
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your work
• Clear communication and good IT skills
• Flexible approach to travel and working hours
