Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 + Call Out + Overtime
Benefits: 23 days holiday + excellent package
We are working with a leading Facilities Management and Real Estate services company that is looking to hire a Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer. You will be responsible for delivering both PPM and reactive maintenance across all M&E systems on-site. The role will require strong knowledge of systems such as Air Conditioning, UPS, Generators, and LV systems, with the ability to fault find using graphical information and alarm data.
Responsibilities- Carry out routine PPM on mechanical and electrical plant in line with site schedules.
- Respond to reactive tasks, including fabric-related issues, while identifying improvement opportunities.
- Supervise and manage sub-contractors, ensuring compliance with permits and safe working practices.
- Diagnose and repair plant faults quickly to keep systems operational.
- Maintain adequate spare parts and provide lists/timescales for remedial works.
- Complete paperwork for reactive and breakdown works accurately and on time.
- Prepare and follow Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
- Build strong working relationships with staff, subcontractors, and client representatives.
- Ensure all plant rooms are kept clean, secure, and tidy.
- Deliver tasks in line with Health & Safety requirements, KPIs, and SLAs.
- Keep the Computer-Based Maintenance System updated (e.g., Astea / E-Logs).

- Proven experience in planned and reactive maintenance within commercial buildings
- Experience with small works or project delivery in a facilities environment (advantageous)
