Facilities Management Operative

We are looking for a skilled, reliable and customer-focused Facilities Maintenance Operative to join our dedicated team, providing reactive maintenance services across a wide range of client properties throughout Suffolk and occasionally further afield.

• Provide reactive maintenance to key Clients across the region
• Maintain a positive working relationship with the end users and Clients
• Provide exceptional customer service and a friendly ‘can do’ attitude
• Provide quality workmanship
• Work within a fast paced but enjoyable and team focussed role
• Record all works completed using our CAFM systems to ensure good record keeping and efficient processing of works.

• Proficient in using technology and smart phones to record work undertaken
• Proficient in a variety of practical skills such as carpentry / plumbing / decorating
• A willingness to participate in our 1 in 5 on call rota
• An understanding of health and safety and ability to undertake works in accordance with risk assessments and method statements
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
• A proven ability to produce high quality workmanship

• A Full UK Driving Licence is essential with trade qualifications preferred but not essential
