Lead Pastor Hill Baptist Church, Derrider

Pleasant Hill Baptist Church is a multigenerational Southern Baptist congregation in DeRidder, Louisiana, committed to biblical teaching, authentic community, and active local and global outreach. We are seeking a Lead Pastor who will serve at our church through engaged ministry and leadership.

The Lead Pastor will provide Christ-centered spiritual leadership to the congregation, cast and steward vision, equip believers for ministry, and lead the church in disciple‑making, evangelism, and community engagement. The pastor will be supported by a congregationally led body of believers and will lead the church based on the Bible and in adherence to the church’s Constitution and Bylaws.
