They must have the ability to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment and is responsible for providing outstanding patient service within the clinic and through various virtual communication channels, while maintaining a compassionate and welcome atmosphere.

Responsibilities- Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth, meeting patient volume goals for telehealth and in‑patient as determined.
- Lead clinic staff (X‑Ray Technologists, Nurses, Front Office Specialists) in delivering excellent patient care and provide guidance as necessary to ensure quality professional services.
- Operate within the SCRIBE job description, discuss patients’ medical history, symptoms, allergies, and medications, and ask situation‑specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses.
- Engage with clinical leadership to address patient care concerns and ensure adherence to company values.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of patient charts and forward charts as appropriate daily.
- Implement clinical and telehealth protocols outlined by the CMO and Supervising Physicians.
- Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
- Deliver excellent patient care, including in‑patient and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations with attention to patient‑centric care, safety, cost, and reliable information.
- Ensure the Provider’s activities are consistent with department expectations and comply with federal and state regulations, including health information management and HIPAA.
- Work efficiently in a fast‑paced, autonomous environment within both in‑patient clinic and virtual settings.
- Pursue telehealth queue in a timely fashion to ensure proper follow‑up.
- Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on ongoing treatment.
- Attend mandatory monthly meetings with Supervising Physicians and E/M training.
- Perform responsibilities within standard NP protocols, complete mandatory compliance training, and meet quality of care standards.

- Recommend ideas to improve patient experience and care at the clinic and for telehealth leadership.
- Communicate regularly within the team to support excellent patient care.
- Welcome new employees, facilitate introductions, and guide clinic tours.
- Assist new employees with training and coaching opportunities.
- Maintain friendly, cordial relationships with clients and employees.
- Promote a respectful culture of confidentiality for employees, employers, and business.
- Consult with patients through virtual communication channels.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
- PRN Employees work a minimum of 4 shifts per month;
Full‑Time Employees work 12‑hour shifts and every other weekend. - Ancillary Providers may have on‑call periods throughout the year.
- Education:
Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN). - At least 1–2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, or Family Medical Practice.
- Master’s Degree in Nursing and a Family Nurse Practitioner License.
- License and DEA must be active, in good standing, and verifiable with the appropriate regulatory agency.
- Providers must be able to treat all ages and meet credentialing requirements; DOT certification is required for Full‑Time and Part‑Time providers within 120 days of employment.
