As a Registered Nurse in the ICU, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to critically ill patients. You'll work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for your patients.

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in a 16-bed ICU
• Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 3:1
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Provide support and education to patients' families
• Need 1 year experience in setting
