• Deliver quality care in both clinical and telehealth settings while meeting patient volume goals.
• Lead clinic staff in providing exceptional patient care, offering guidance as needed to ensure professional service.
• Discuss and review patients' medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications to formulate accurate diagnoses.
• Engage actively with clinical leadership to address patient care concerns and ensure adherence to company values.
• Complete patient charts accurately and promptly, maintaining confidence and credibility within the team.
• Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by the CMO and Supervising Physicians.
• Analyze patient histories, symptoms, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide excellent patient care through in-person and virtual recommendations, focusing on safety, cost-effectiveness, and accuracy.
• Ensure all activities comply with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA guidelines.
• Work efficiently in a fast‑paced, autonomous clinical environment.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions.
• Participate in mandatory monthly meetings and training sessions.
• Support the onboarding and training of new employees, ensuring they acclimate to the clinic environment.
• Maintain a respectful and positive workplace culture, promoting good relations with clients and co-workers.
• Adhere to company standards and participate in compliance training to uphold quality of care.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• Qualifications vary based on experience, including Level 1 (New Grad), Level 2 (1‑5 years), Level 3 (5‑10 years), and Level 4 (10+ years) of experience.

• Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN).
• Active and verifiable Nursing License and DEA registration.
• Capability to treat all ages and fulfill any necessary credentialing requirements.
