Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

This is a 13-week contract position.

7 PM to 7 AM shifts.

This role involves working in a high-volume Labor and Delivery department, averaging around 30-40 births per month. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive nursing care to mothers and newborns during labor and delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess the condition of laboring patients.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Assist with the delivery of newborns and immediate post-delivery care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Recent experience in Labor and Delivery.
• Joint Commission Accredited agencies only.
