Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery
This is a 13-week contract position.
Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM.
The position involves providing comprehensive nursing care within a Labor & Delivery department, averaging 30-40 births per month. Joint Commission Accredited agencies only. Please note that the facility will not accept travel staff who permanently reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility, with no exceptions.
Provide direct patient care in the Labor & Delivery unit.
Monitor patients' vital signs and fetal heart rates.
Assist with labor and delivery processes.
Educate and support patients and families throughout the birthing process.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Experience in Labor & Delivery preferred.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification may be required.
