Our Gulf Coast Industrial team is seeking skilled Welders with experience performing high-quality welding on commercial projects. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of welding procedures, various welding techniques, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in diverse field conditions.

• Perform high-quality welding on commercial projects with minimal guidance
• Read and interpret isometrics, construction drawings, and welding specifications
• Weld in all positions (horizontal, vertical, overhead, flat) on various joint designs
• Coordinate and requisition materials as needed
• Prioritize tasks according to the project schedule
• Follow all company safety standards and procedures
• Work collaboratively within a team environment and follow written and verbal instructions
• Produce final welds that meet internal quality standards

• Ability to pass qualification testing (2" monster coupon 6010/7018 and 2.5" stainless 316 GTAW)
• Skilled in various welding techniques and operation of welding equipment
• Must have personal basic hand tools (specialty tools provided by the company)
• Ability to work in confined spaces and tight work areas
• Must be available to work all shifts
• Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to lift, climb, bend, and perform physical tasks as needed
• Ability to tolerate working in hot environments and maneuver in tight or elevated areas

All candidates must agree to complete a skills assessment and pre-employment drug screen.
