We're looking for experienced, full-time Automotive Assistant Managers and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at our automotive service, repair, and tire sales centers in Salem, NH area
.

As an Assistant Manager
, you'll support the Store Manager with the day-to-day operations of the location while developing the skills needed to become a future Mavis leader.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting efficient, safe, and effective store operations
• Scheduling and coordinating Mechanics and Technicians
• Managing outside orders and service workflow
• Ensuring quality and timely completion of customer vehicles
• Helping enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Supporting the team in delivering an excellent customer experience

As a Service Manager
, you'll combine automotive knowledge, customer service, and sales skills to help customers make informed decisions about their vehicles while keeping the service operation running efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers with tire selections and automotive service needs
• Recommending necessary undercar repairs and maintenance
• Coordinating the workflow of Mechanics and Technicians
• Staging and monitoring vehicle repair and maintenance work
• Communicating repair recommendations and services clearly to customers
• Supporting sales initiatives while delivering excellent customer service
• Ensuring repairs and services are completed accurately and on time

To be eligible for an Automotive Assistant Manager or Service Manager position, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Have at least 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts or tire sales, automotive repair and maintenance, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Have strong customer service and communication skills
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
