Join a collaborative global team where you'll play an active role in product development, launch execution, and portfolio growth while working with colleagues in the U.S. and U.K.

We are seeking a Product Management Specialist to help drive the growth of our Automotive Accessories portfolio across North America. In this role, you will support the development and launch of innovative products while collaborating with teams in the U.S. and U.K. From product concept through commercialization, you will help ensure projects are delivered on time, meet customer needs, and support the continued expansion of the Sylvania brand.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate product development projects from concept through product launch.
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
  • Assist in developing product specifications and requirements for new automotive accessories.
  • Prepare business cases, customer presentations, project updates, and launch documentation.
  • Support portfolio management, including lifecycle planning and product rationalization.
  • Analyze customer feedback, competitive activity, and market trends to support product strategy.
  • Partner with engineering, quality, sourcing, marketing, sales, and suppliers to deliver new products.
  • Collaborate regularly with product management and quality teams in the U.S. and U.K
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 5-10 years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Category Management, Project Management, or related field.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
